A note from Paige . . .
I studied deeply for 4 years to obtain a Bachelor of Health Science, majoring in Naturopathy & Nutrition. I am incredibly passionate about supporting your body and food freedom, mindful movement and a relationship with self. I will support and empower you to have a healthy, wholesome relationship with your body, mind and food.
