Paige is deeply passionate about supporting women to create a simple and nourished lifestyle through intuitive eating, CONSCIOUS movement and a mindful life

Paige studied for 4 years to obtain a Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Naturopathy and is incredibly passionate about supporting your body and food freedom, mindful movement and relationship with self . She will support and empower you to have a healthy, wholesome relationship with your body, mind and food.
